Vietnam Telecommunication Authority (VNTA) starts using a new Type Approval certificate form

Verification and Certification Center 1 (Hanoi) of Vietnam Telecommunication Authority (VNTA) starts using a new Type Approval certificate form since early January 2019. New Type Approval certificate form is just a bit different from previous form in decorative details. Mean while Verification and Certification Center 2 (HCMC) and 3 (Da Nang) still granting Type Approval certificates in previous form.

It is supposed that both forms are still being used at this moment until VNTA use up all the old ones.
